Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Paint Operator to join their production team. This role is responsible for preparing and coating parts to meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong experience with industrial painting processes and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prep parts prior to painting (no sanding or grinding required)
Apply coatings using wet paint, spray paint, or powder coating techniques
Operate paint equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure consistent quality and proper finish on all parts
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Paint Operator or Industrial Painter
Hands-on experience with wet paint, spray applications, or powder coating
Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift schedules
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have:

Experience in high-volume manufacturing settings
Familiarity with paint booths or automated paint lines
