Insight Global is seeking a hands‑on AutoCAD Drafter/CAD Designer with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, supporting drawings, assemblies, and shop‑ready documentation for nVent.

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 3+ years drafting or equivalent experience required
• Familiarity with fastening and joining techniques, especially sheet metal related.
• Understanding of AWS welding symbols and application to engineered working drawings.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and manufacturing processes.
• Experience using SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
• Validated skills in attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot design issues while providing direction to facilitate the assembly of products.
