A client of Insight Global is looking for a Marketplace Data Analyst. This role focuses on advanced data analysis and reporting, leveraging tools such as New Relic, Splunk, Salesforce, Amazon Data Bricks, Snowflake, and others to collect, process, and interpret complex datasets. It involves applying statistical and mathematical techniques to uncover patterns, correlations, and anomalies in agent and broker data. The position requires creating detailed reports and visually compelling presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaboration is key, working closely within your team and with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, deliver accurate data-driven recommendations, and integrate findings into strategic planning.
Compensation: $65/hr. -- 71/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. - Bachelors degree + 5 years of within agent broker health insurance data
- Extensive experience extracting data, running queries, and manipulating data sets to uncover trends
- Direct experience with marketplace data
- Experience data pulling from Splunk, New Relic, Salesforce, Data Bricks, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level reports
Familiarity with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) and health insurance industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
