Job Description

The Inspector of Quality Assurance
duties in summary are to provide a highly visible role that will maintain, improve, and drive quality
programs by identifying, addressing, and resolving quality requirements associated with delivering
100% conforming product primarily and services on time. Responsibilities include quality strategy
development, process improvement, workflow management, quality control, and performance
measurements. Inspector of Quality Assurance must embrace the responsibility of providing quality
service that exceeds the customer’s expectations. In addition to the above, the Inspector must provide
support to production, customers, and suppliers and perform to the planning activities of potential,
conceptual, current, and past orders

Required Skills & Experience

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a progressive manufacturing environment is required. Must possess a
broad wealth of knowledge of tooling, manufacturing processes and product flow
Certification: IPC-A-610
Perform/Execute and document risks of quality, establish corresponding reliability/risk mitigation
response plans established by management
Ensure client satisfaction meets or exceeds established goals, investigating and responding to
customer complaints regarding quality when assigned by management.
Inspecting products to the customers’ requirements to assure 100% conformance prior to shipping.
