Job Description

This role involves setting up stations by loading feeders, configuring programs, and verifying automated component recognition. Operators monitor performance, make real-time adjustments, and address any issues to maintain quality and efficiency. Daily maintenance and quick troubleshooting of feeder jams are essential. Quality checks are performed throughout production, using software tools to verify components such as resistors and capacitors.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience with MyData
Minimum requirement of a GED or higher
Ability to work individually and with a team
Experience Prepare equipment for production by uploading programs, placing feeders, and installing required tooling
Daily verifications that automated systems for feeder and part recognition are functioning properly
Conduct initial and ongoing quality checks during production.
