Job Description

One of our large construction companies is actively hiring for a Assistant Project Manager to join their team. This role is remote, however would prefer a candidate local to Joppa, MD or at least within driving distance. This individual will be working hand & hand with the Project Managers, servicing projects in the mid-Atlantic region of the country. Main responsibilities include, managing a budget and a schedule, creating purchase orders and subcontractor agreements and working in Procore. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and developing custom workflows, supporting project teams, and enabling our project teams through robust initial training and personalized one-on-one support. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and technical problem-solving abilities who can serve as the go-to expert for Procore within our organization.

Other responsibilties:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify specific reports needed to get visibility to and manage budgets, schedules, project management tool usage/compliance.
- Create, test, and refine company and project reports tailored to meet the specific needs for the organization.
-Work closely with project managers, sales representatives, and IT staff

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years experience in Construction Management or Assistant Project Management
2+ years experience in Procore

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with integration of Procore with other project management or CRM tools
