Job Description

My client is looking for a Navy Facilities Design Manager to join their growing work based in the Maryland area. All of this work is supporting the Navy, so the correct candidate will have a strong background in designing buildings and overseeing facility construction projects for the Navy. Their day to day responsibilities will include providing engineering and technical expertise to design professionals, ensuring all designs conform to DoD and Navy regulations, and fulfilling client expectations for quality, schedule, and cost.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree
- 20+ years of experience supporting federal construction and facility design projects -- strong majority coming from Navy or DoD project backgrounds

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in related engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, civil, construction management, architecture, etc.)
- PE license, PMP, or other relevant certification
