Job Description
Insight Global is searching for an IT Warehouse Manager in the Hyattsville, MD area to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely fulfillment of hardware requests, and compliance with organizational standards. This role requires strong leadership experience, technical knowledge of IT assets, and expertise in managing vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of IT hardware and peripherals, implementing asset tracking processes using CMDB and ServiceNow, and reconciling stock levels to resolve discrepancies; supervising warehouse staff and temporary associates while coordinating inbound and outbound shipments; developing and enforcing standard operating procedures for storage and handling; organizing warehouse space to maximize efficiency and accessibility; liaising with vendors for procurement, receiving, and delivery; collaborating with IT Service Management and Infrastructure teams for asset allocation; adhering to security and safety protocols; and generating regular reports on inventory status, usage trends, and cost optimization. This position is on-site 5 days a week, M-F core hours.

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse managing operations, asset management, and inventory control.
- Experience working ServiceNow and CMDB as an IT asset management tool to reconcile and ensure stock levels to resolve discrepancies and maintain future stock
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Strong previous experience collaborating with IT Service Management and Infrastructure teams for hardware asset allocation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service delivery frameworks.
