Job Description

We are looking for a Junior I to provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk.



Description/Responsibilities:

Administration and internal support of the Companys PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment
End user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, installations, upgrades and configurations
Provide support and assistance to remote users over the phone or internet

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years experience years
4 year degree desired
High School/GED, and applicable experience
Working knowledge of Windows 10, and various Windows Server operating systems
Must be familiar with Active Directory, specifically with adding, modifying, deleting users and groups
Must be able to diagnose and repair computer hardware
Familiarity with various cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
Familiarity with Installation, configuration and upgrades to PC software including operating systems
Familiarity of Office 365 Suite of services/applications
Troubleshooting software and network issues experience
Ability to train and assist end users with new technologies
Ability to assist with various backup technologies
Must have a good understanding of networks and basic networking tools like, "PING, TELNET, and NSLOOKUP"
