Job Description

Travels to client sites and initiates mechanical assembly of conveyor systems and related equipment.
Responsible for fabrication of miscellaneous mechanical parts.
Assists with assembly of electrical controls panels.
Assist in organizing materials on-site according to build schedules.
Act as liaison between installation site, Project Manager, Kitting, Superintendents, Shipping and on-site contractors.
Submit daily reports on project dashboard to communicate progress and/or challenges that occur in on site.
Responsible for scheduling all travel arrangements (i.e. Airfare, hotel, rental cars)
Safely operate various lift equipment.
Diligently manage travel expenses and corporate card purchases.
Follow the attendance policy of the Department.
Promote and participate with continuous improvement efforts as needed.
Maintain and enforce a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and policies.

Salary ranges from $40-80,000 based on experience

Required Skills & Experience

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Three (3) years of experience in mechanical assembly of conveyor systems and fabricating miscellaneous mechanical parts.
Proficient with powered tools, forklifts, and vertical lifts.
Previous experience with the operation of lift equipment.
Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions).
Working knowledge of Microsoft office software (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be a team player and interact with internal personnel at all levels, external vendors, contractors and sales staff.
Ability to work with minimal direction and meet strict deadlines.
