Job Description

The Mail Production Specialist is responsible for labeling, printing, inserting, and mailing daily production jobs using both automated machines and manual processes. This role supports high-volume mail operations and ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with postal regulations while representing Insight Global’s commitment to operational excellence. The schedule would be Monday–Friday, Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
1–2 years of experience in a direct mail or production mail environment.
Basic knowledge of ink-jet systems and inserting/mailing equipment.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Windows–based systems.
Ability to operate and maintain mailing equipment, including making minor repairs and mechanical adjustments.
Working knowledge of USPS regulations related to mailing, receiving, and presort discounts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume production setting.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with coworkers.
Ability to lift 60+ pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and turning.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with high-speed production mailing or fulfillment operations.
Familiarity with scanning systems and document imaging processes.
Prior experience entering or tracking data in internal production or logistics systems.
Mechanical aptitude or previous hands-on equipment troubleshooting experience.
Previous experience driving company vehicles for operational purposes.
Willingness to work overtime or weekends when business needs require.
