Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Asbestos and Lead Trainer to join the team and help them maintain their high standards in delivering all levels of asbestos, lead, and mold training services. This position requires a passionate and engaging individual with extensive knowledge of federal and state lead and asbestos regulations, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a desire to educate adult learners. The individual must be able to implement and deliver a large variety of asbestos, lead, and mold training courses.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in the field of asbestos and lead inspection and/or abatement
At least one of the following Asbestos certs: Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Supervisor, EPA Management Planner, EPA Asbestos Worker, EPA Project Designer, Project Monitor
At least one of the following Lead certs: Lead Renovator, Lead Abatement Supervisor, Lead Project Designer, Lead Abatement Worker, Lead Inspector Technician
Good knowledge of federal and state (MD, VA, and DC) lead and asbestos regulations
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint
Availability for limited local travel

Spanish speaking capabilities
