Insight Global is seeking a Commercial HVAC Field Service Supervisor for a leading HVAC services organization. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field service operations, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a defined territory. The ideal candidate brings deep commercial HVAC experience, strong leadership capability, and a customer-first mindset. This individual will balance operational execution, technician development, and financial performance while serving as a key point of contact for customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in a Commercial HVAC Field Service role
Proven experience supervising or leading field technicians (formal or informal)
Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, repair, and maintenance
Ability to climb ladders or use lift equipment over 8 feet and lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under company policy
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage daily priorities, customer issues, and technician workloads
Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
5–10 years of commercial HVAC service leadership or equivalent field service leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to develop teams, coach performance, and drive accountability
Strong technical aptitude with understanding of field diagnostics and service execution
Strong business acumen with ability to manage financial performance and operational metrics
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, ERP, or similar service management platforms
Experience forecasting and managing service revenue and expense performance
Ability to optimize manpower, scheduling, and resource utilization
