Insight Global is seeking an experienced Insights Lead for a large pharmaceutical client. The Lead is to support a launch preparation for a respiratory infection vaccine. The role will lead demand assessment and deliver synthesized insights to support investment decision governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end demand assessment integrating quantitative and qualitative research and identification of key drivers and barriers to update
Synthesize evidence into clear, decision‑ready insights to contribute directly to investment and governance materials
Manage external research suppliers to [AW1] deliver of business questions
Primary Deliverables
Integrated demand assessment (quantitative + qualitative work)
Insight synthesis for investment and leadership decision‑making
Inputs to governance and senior leadership readouts

Required Skills & Experience
Key Competencies
Managing 4-6 projects at once managing on-time delivery and high-quality deliverables
Previous pharma or life sciences experience needed.
Strong background in Global primary market research in >5 markets and aligning with local needs.
Strong quantitative market research experience, particular experience in demand quantitative methodologies
Lead without authority with Commercial, Forecasting, Medical and Policy cross-functional teams.
Experience with stakeholder management.
Comfort operating in matrixed organization while navigating non-technical workstreams (compliance, due diligence, and development governance)
Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
AI competency/AI literacy - familiarity and experience using AI for market research, quantitative methodologies and requirement/data gathering and leveraging AI to organize the data
