Job Description

As a key member of the ILS team, you’ll focus on sustainment, maintenance planning, and improving operational availability of complex systems. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and external stakeholders to deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality logistics solutions
• Analyze customer specifications and product designs to develop logistics plans aligned with maintainability and supportability requirements
• Contribute to proposal development and support customer project pursuits
• Develop Product Support Analysis (PSA), maintenance plans, and sustainment strategies while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of documentation
• Generate Logistics Management Information supporting provisioning data and Maintenance Task Analysis
• Manage and support DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) efforts, including mitigation recommendations
• Serve as a key contributor to FRACAS by analyzing failure data, identifying root causes, and partnering with engineering on corrective actions
• Prepare and update contract deliverables in accordance with SOW/SOO requirements
• Perform Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analyses
• Develop spare parts support concepts and conduct spares analysis
• Interface with suppliers/vendors, conducting vendor surveys and supplier health assessments

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree in Logistics
- 5+ years of logistics engineering or data analytics
o Development of maintenance analysis, lifecycle costing analysis (LCC),
- Familiar with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes
- Able to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, BOM, specs, etc.
- MS Office experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Integrated Logistics Support experience
o Tools like EAGLE, PowerLog-J, SLICWave)
- Familiar with ILS standard like MIL-STD-1388-2A and GEIA-STD-0007
- Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or similar
