Job Description
Material Production Management (Primary Objective):
-Check daily MRP batches and exception reports.
-Monitor inventory levels for parts.
-Prevent stockouts and production line disruptions while escalating reported issues.
-Respond to MRP demand signals and production schedules in SAP.
-Analyze requirements (lead time, inventory, open orders, required dates), before acting.
Purchase Orders:
-Execute PO's accurately and efficiently.
-Maintain accurate PO data (dates, quantities, pricing).
-Attach confirmations and documentation.
-Evaluate cost and pricing during PO decisions.
Supplier Management:
-Single point of contact for supplier communication.
-Expedite and problem solve supply issues.
-Support vendors in ERP.
-Support Negotiation and Sourcing Activities (as needed).

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
3-5+ years of experience in a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or related role in the manufacturing industry.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience.
Skilled in SAP (S/4 Hana, ECC strongly preferred).
Experience with supplier/vendor management.
Purchase order execution experience.
Inventory management exposure.
Great communication and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certified Supply Chain Professional.
Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP).
