An employer is looking for an Assessment Planner to sit at Fort Meade. This candidate is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and evaluation of training exercises across various components, ensuring alignment with real-world mission requirements through coordination with other directorates. This role leads the planning and execution of multiple annual exercises designed to assess whether participating entities meet their training objectives, with a strong emphasis on the training process itself. They develops comprehensive assessment plans that span pre-, during-, and post-exercise phases, establishes performance baselines, and collects post-exercise observations to drive continuous improvement. Trusted agents and directorate leads are engaged throughout the planning and evaluation process, providing critical feedback that informs future exercises. The role also involves designing and implementing structured measurement methodologies and tools to ensure consistency and reliability in data collection and analysis, fostering a data-driven approach to performance evaluation and readiness.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $72/hr.
