Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Strategy Analyst to sit at Fort Meade. This individual will play a key role in developing and advancing enterprise-level cyber defense strategies across complex and distributed environments, including cloud platforms, network boundaries, cross-domain solutions, and endpoint technologies. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical cybersecurity expertise, operational military knowledge, and executive communication skills. This person will analyze cybersecurity architectures, threat intelligence, policies, and operational data to identify vulnerabilities, improve defensive capabilities, and enhance enterprise situational awareness. The role requires frequent engagement with senior military leadership, including the preparation and delivery of executive briefings and strategic recommendations.

Compensation:
$70/hr to $80/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Active TSSCI
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline 8-12 years of relevant cybersecurity, network, or infrastructure experience
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)
Experience supporting a Joint Command and/or Operations Center
Application knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement, Knowledge of Local Area Networks (LANs), Campus Area Networks (CAN), Wide Area Networks (WANs), cloud computing, data center, server, and other communications systems to identify and resolve system and network issues.
Knowledge of common DoW services and devices and the applications and processes that provide protection of the data or the transactional path to provide the data.
Ability to provide strategic inputs for computer system operational design, documentation, and proposal review; identify communication service requirements, system architectures and designs; perform analysis, design and create integration or implementation plans with required documentation for legacy and future systems to ensure compliance with DCDC leadership vision and design.
Experience developing enterprise cybersecurity defensive strategies
Knowledge of cloud environments, network boundaries, cross-domain solutions, and endpoint technologies
Strong cyber threat analysis and situational awareness experience
Understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, and network monitoring protocols
Experience briefing General Officers, Flag Officers, or Senior Executives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Working knowledge of Joint Publication 5-0
Continuous Process Improvement experience
Knowledge of LAN, CAN, WAN, cloud, data center, and communications systems
Knowledge of DoDIN services, devices, and security protection mechanisms
Experience developing strategic operational designs and implementation plans
Experience writing Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), training plans, and technical documentation
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IT systems
SAFe and/or ITIL 4 Foundation knowledge
Experience with IaaS and PaaS technologies
