Job Description
An employer is looking for a Cyber Trainer to sit at Fort Meade. The Cyber Trainer is a cybersecurity training specialist responsible for preparing network monitoring personnel and their leaders to effectively monitor and protect critical communication and IT systems within a secure government facility. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, updating materials to reflect evolving threats, and ensuring personnel are equipped to maintain network stability and security. The trainer will work independently, engage with leadership, and collaborate with experts to align training with current and future operational needs.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Active TSSCI
IAT Level II
Active CSSP Certification
Bachelor's Degree and 12 YOE within a cyber environment
Curriculum development, performance evaluation, certification tracking, and support for innovation in cybersecurity training.
Knowledge of joint doctrine, joint plans, policies, and practices supporting the full spectrum of military operations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous DISA Experience
Previous experience training for the CSSP certification specifically
