SME will offer strategic and tactical expertise in JCC2 applications, delivering on-site, operator-level support throughout the entire spectrum of cyber operationsfrom planning and execution to post-mission activities. The SME will also facilitate training and enhance adoption across the Cyber Operations community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and tactical expertise in JCC2 applications for on-site support.
Support cyber operations from planning through execution to post-mission activities.
Facilitate training and improve adoption of JCC2 applications within the Cyber Operations community.
Applications supported include Joint Cyber Operations (JCO), JCC2-Readiness (JCC2-R), Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS), Rally, ThreatHub, and others as directed.
Utilize advanced knowledge of Cyber domains to support JCC2 onsite support and training.
Provide JCC2 capability integration support to PMO and associated development teams.
Offer strategic and tactical solutions based on knowledge of Cyber Operations roles and relationships.
Provide input to JCC2 Acquisitions teams to address emerging requirements from JCWA and internal system planning initiatives.

5+ years of experience within Joint Cyber Command (JCC2) programs and applications to include offensive cyber operations, joint cyber operations, threat awareness sharing capabilities, readiness applications, MADSS, etc.)
5+ years of experience providing strategic and tactical solutions for JCC2 applications from planning through execution/post mission
Agile SAFe experience
