Insight Global is seeking a Lead CNO Developer to join a highly technical team supporting advanced cyber capability development efforts. This role focuses on building and evolving capabilities across the full development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with experience in offensive cyber, exploitation, or low-level development who enjoys solving complex challenges and working alongside other technical teams to deliver practical solutions. This team supports a flexible schedule and a hybrid work environment.
$75hr to $95hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in offensive cyber, CNO development, or cyber exploitation, with exposure to vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or low-level software development
• Strong background in software development, with the ability to write and maintain code in C, C++, and/or Python
• Experience working across Windows and/or Linux/Unix systems, including development or analysis at the system or application level
• Hands-on experience with reverse engineering, vulnerability research, or exploitation, ideally in support of operational or mission-focused efforts
• Experience contributing across the full development lifecycle (design, development, testing, and deployment) in fast-paced or less-structured environments
•Active TS/SCI Clearence
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Active polygraph clearance
•Technical Degree preferred; however, additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
•Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, service cyber components, or Intelligence Community cyber missions
