An employer is looking for a Top Secret Network Install Technician to sit at Fort Meade, This candidate will work with a team to conduct network surveys, designs, and installations of Cat6 cables and network equipment. They handle site surveys in CONUS and OCONUS locations, detailing current infrastructure, compliance, and design recommendations. They configure, install, test, and troubleshoot network cabling, ensuring it meets NIST and TEMPEST standards. This candidate will also build equipment racks, manage Cat6 and fiber cables, and address network issues on SIPR and NIPR networks. They create reports, track project tasks, develop BOMs, perform maintenance, investigate faults, and report deployment status to stakeholders.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $50/hr.
