Secret Business Analyst

An employer is looking for a Secret Business Analyst t sit at Fort Meade, Odgen UT, or Scotts Airforce Base. This role partners closely with customers, product owners, SMEs, and development teams to elicit, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into functional and technical solutions in a dynamic Agile environment. Responsibilities include defining and managing user stories and epics in Jira, supporting Agile ceremonies, analyzing “As‑Is” and designing “To‑Be” processes, performing data extraction, transformation, validation, and visualization, maintaining metadata and data governance, supporting system integrations and implementations (including AWS and ServiceNow), participating in UAT and stakeholder training, and mentoring junior team members.

Compensation:
$50/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Maintain requirements traceability for software systems (RVTM)
In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing
Successful and demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)

Exposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc.
Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence.
Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified.
AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications.
Experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and test.
Experience working with multi-disciplinary technical development teams.
Experience using SAFe as the agile development methodology.
