Job Description
* Follows established policies and procedures in conducting on-site or in-house repair and calibration of equipment.
* Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and performs repairs.
* Analyzes calibration results and follow service modules to successfully repair the equipment
* Represents the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and servicing.
* Prepares daily logs and report of work performed. Assigned projects are moderately complex, requiring some independent action.
* Effectively communicates with customers
* Sit on a team of 7-10 other Service Technicians

Required Skills & Experience
* BSEET (Electronics Engineering Technology) or equivalent Technical degree or four years equivalent experience
* Understanding of RF concepts and devices
* Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
