Insight Global is seeking an Application System Analyst Level III – Phoenix to support an enterprise‑level academic health system in Maryland. This analyst will serve as the primary Phoenix subject matter expert, supporting both daily operations and an upcoming transplant access initiative. The role involves hands-on system build, workflow analysis, optimization, enhancements, and ongoing Nova Notes updates, as well as navigating change management processes. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, communicates clearly, operates independently, and can take delegation well—especially within a fast-paced team environment. This position also requires strong follow-through and reliability, as the workflows directly impact transplant waitlist timeliness and patient outcomes. The analyst will collaborate with interface and Ambulatory teams, support stakeholders across clinical areas, and eventually assist all transplant programs including Kidney, Liver, Heart, and Lung.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of Epic analyst experience
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification
• Epic Phoenix certification
• Strong Phoenix SME-level knowledge (minimal ramp-up time available)
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, proven experience navigating change management, and a highly responsible, engaging work style that ensures timely and accurate completion of tasks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Epic inpatient modules (OpTime or ClinDoc)
• Experience assisting with training documentation or partnering with trainers
