Job Description

• Lead agile transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to define strategy and drive cultural change across teams.
• Coach and mentor teams and leaders in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices to foster continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions to support adoption and alignment across value streams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, align deliverables to business goals, and ensure quality product releases.
• Optimize the flow of value through release trains by identifying process inefficiencies, removing blockers, and driving automation improvements.
• Work with Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams to estimate work, improve delivery processes, and ensure consistent execution across sprints.
• Analyze test results, monitor agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time), and support defect management to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts post-release by recommending enhancements to lifecycle processes and engineering practices.
• Coordinate with the Release Manager to manage calendars, track program increments, and ensure seamless release planning and execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in agile delivery or related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Certified in PMP, ITIL, SAFe, or comparable Agile frameworks
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and mentoring skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile/SAFe environments
• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and Continuous delivery pipeline
• Team player, fast learner with ability to work proactively and independently to support mission critical operations supporting geographically diverse locations.
