Insight Global is seeking an experienced HR Consultant for a 6-10 week contract to support an enterprise level hospital system in Maryland's IS&T Pay Alignment and Advancement Optimization project. The consultant will focus on enhancing HR processes within the Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) department, specifically by reviewing and updating job descriptions and developing a streamlined promotion process. Leveraging expertise in healthcare IT HR consulting, the consultant will ensure deliverables align with industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
• Extensive experience in healthcare IT HR consulting, with a focus on role evaluation and department restructuring.
• Proven track record of successfully updating job descriptions and implementing promotion processes in similar organizations.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and IT operations, including familiarity with industry-standard roles and compensation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across HR, Finance, and IS&T teams.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within a 6-10 week timeframe.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with competency mapping and career ladder development in healthcare IT settings.
• Familiarity with market compensation analysis and benchmarking tools.
Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
