Location: hybrid
• Must be local to Baltimore, MD (driving/train distance at least)
• WFM: UAT (User-acceptance testing) phase will be boots on the ground at the hospitals
o UAT starts the 2nd week of October and will run approximately 6 weeks (expected end will be the beginning of December)
o On-site presence can be as much as 5 days/week during UAT phase (some weeks may be 0 days/week)
Insight Global is looking for a dedicated Functional Business Analyst, focused on WFM, to support a large health system in Baltimore, MD. This health system is preparing for a major go-live of Infor CloudSuite Workforce Management (WFM). This person will support the transition, with a focus on Time and Attendance, Multi-View Scheduler (MVS), and compliance workflows. This role will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and ensure that WFM configurations align with operational needs across clinical and non-clinical departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and the WFM implementation team.
• Analyze and document current scheduling and timekeeping workflows.
• Validate WFM configurations including pay rules, rounding rules, schedule templates, and labor distribution.
• Support MVS (Multi-View Scheduler) setup and optimization for shift coverage and compliance.
• Assist with data validation for employee profiles, time clocks, and accrual balances.
• Develop and manage the UAT strategy specific to WFM modules.
• Create test scenarios and scripts for:
• Clock-in/out workflows
• Shift swaps and overrides
• Exception handling (e.g., missed punches, overtime)
• Pay rule validation
• Coordinate UAT execution with HR, payroll, and department managers.
• Track and triage defects, ensuring resolution prior to go-live.
• Document UAT outcomes and provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Provide hypercare support post-go-live, including issue resolution and user guidance.
• Monitor system performance and escalate configuration issues as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management systems
• with at least 1 year in Infor CloudSuite WFM.
• Infor WFM experience: specifically, with
• Time and attendance
• MVS (Multi-view Scheduling)
• Analytics dashboard
• Proven experience in UAT planning and execution.
• Experience working for a company while they were going through implementations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience supporting implementations in a hospital or health system environment.
