Job Description

Responsible for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing fire alarm and life safety systems to ensure code compliance and system reliability. Performs routine and corrective maintenance, identifies deficiencies, completes required documentation, and communicates findings to customers. Supports both scheduled inspections and service calls while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• YOE in fire alarm systems: 3+ if they have NICET, 5+ if not.
• Ability to read blueprints and design drawings
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
