A client of Insight Global is looking for a Federal IT Pricing Analyst to join their proposal team. As the primary point of contact for pricing efforts in cost/price proposals, you will collaborate with Business Development leaders and project managers, focusing on proposal pricing and budgets. You will review and interpret procurement materials (RFPs, RFTOs, RFQs) for budget preparation, create and revise budget shells in Excel, and develop Cost/Price Narratives and price/cost models for federal bids. Your role includes cost model development, narrative writing, and supporting other cost/price volume requirements. Additionally, you will participate in internal proposal reviews to ensure alignment between technical solutions and pricing.
Compensation:
$90,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

5+ years of related experience in Federal IT contracting, specifically emphasizing pricing and Price-To-Win analysis.
Bachelors degree in a related field of Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, or a related degree.
Experience with the preparation of multi-million-dollar cost and price proposals, including FFP, T&M, and Cost-plus.
Extensive experience using Excel and reading technical documentation
Experience researching GSA schedules, data pulling, salary surveys, etc
Must be organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Must be able to work at a rapid pace that is deadline-driven.
Must be able to work well both independently and with a team.
