Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking for a highly skilled and driven Data Scientist to join their growing AI Innovation team. This group builds secure, private, and scalable AI solutions for asset managers, wealth managers, FinTech organizations, real estate investors, insurance firms, and banks. Required Skills & Experience

-Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

-Deep expertise with LLMs and transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, RoBERTa; multimodal models)

-Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow

-Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs in production environments

-Solid understanding of RLHF, AI fairness, safety, and model robustness

-Proven research background with ability to translate academic innovation into industry applications

-Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Published academic research in AI/ML

-Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps toolchains

-Familiarity with observability tools, monitoring frameworks, and compliance standards

-Background in financial systems, quantitative modeling, or trading analytics

-Prior mentorship, public speaking, or technical training experience
