Day to day:
• Drive revenue through consultative sales of BAS services, remote monitoring, AI analytics, and smart‑building solutions.
• Identify customer needs, present ROI‑focused proposals, and lead digital transformation from legacy to modern BAS.
• Grow market presence through outreach, upgrades, retrofits, and competitor‑system migrations.
• Sell service contracts: remote diagnostics, cloud monitoring, AI analytics, preventive maintenance, and on‑site staffing.
• Manage and expand accounts; coordinate BAS, HVAC retrofits, and mechanical service offerings.
• Advise customers on performance improvement, energy reduction, and operational optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, smart-building technology, or related technical industries.
- Proven success in consultative, solution-oriented selling, ideally involving remote monitoring, digital services, or AI-driven platforms.
- Strong understanding of BAS, control theory, energy management, and emerging intelligent building technologies.
- Ability to interpret building plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as required.
