Job Description

• Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to plan, develop and optimize online strategies for growing sales and maximizing margin
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships throughout the organization to drive and deliver strategy
• Own the planning and execution of our online pages across device types for search and browse journeys
• Formulate category strategies by creating customer-friendly shopping experiences for key segments, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs and shopping behaviors
• Lead online taxonomy, navigation and sorting

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field , preferred
• 3-6 years’ experience in Digital (Merchandising or Marketing), Buying, Category Management or Vendor Management, or a combination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively apply knowledge by creating action plans (Adobe experience preferred)
• Experience with regular A/B testing a plus
• Experience as a user for key merchandising tools (ex. for search results algorithms, product recommendation, etc.) a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to successfully multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere, while understanding big-picture objectives and strategy
• Ability to manage workload, project plans, and to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Must be a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Must be flexible and easily adapt to change as business priorities shift
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
• Retail and/or alcohol industry knowledge a plus
