The client is seeking an Oracle DevSecOps Engineer to support a cloud development initiative for a federal customer. This effort focuses on delivering multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP) to meet enterprise-wide infrastructure needs.

We are looking for a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will apply best practices to maintain secure, resilient Oracle Cloud environments and support development teams in delivering features efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Support the operation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Develop and maintain automation for continuous integration, build, and deployment across multiple environments.
Implement observability and resilience across multi-cloud landing zones and Dev/Test/Prod environments.
Ensure compliance and security standards are upheld across all OCI deployments.
Evaluate and onboard new FedRAMP cloud services with a focus on IAM and network security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud architecture best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Experience in cloud environments with knowledge in areas such as:
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory)
Oracle OCI or equivalent experience
Oracle PeopleSoft and PeopleTools (preferred)
Oracle cloud concepts (Compartments, Identity Domains, Dynamic Groups)
Kubernetes, Helm, containerization
Scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Cybersecurity tools (Aviatrix, Orca, Splunk, Qmulous, STIG scanner)
Terraform, Ansible, Oracle Stacks
Git, GitFlow, GitHub Flow
High availability and scalable cloud architectures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred:

Oracle Cloud certifications
Active clearance with the customer
