Job Description

My client, a general contracting construction company based in Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. This team is focused primarily on commercial interior renovations/tenant fit-outs so this candidate will ideally come from that background. Their day to day responsibilities will include supporting the project manager on delivering the different projects in the portfolio - submitting change orders, assisting with schedule changes, helping to manage project budget using Procore, and splitting time between office and onsite to check in on project progress/meet with superintendents and clients/etc,

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-7 years of experience in project engineering/assistant project management in a construction/engineering environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management
