Job Description

The EW/RF Systems Maintenance Engineer is responsible for post-production evaluation, testing, and validation of RF and EW systems, ensuring all equipment meets performance specifications and operational readiness standards. Daily tasks include:
Evaluate gyrostabilizer systems to ensure stability, accuracy, and operational effectiveness
Conduct testing to confirm equipment meets all technical and quality criteria prior to deployment
Review and interpret technical manuals, engineering documentation, and system specifications to guide evaluation and troubleshooting efforts
Analyze design capabilities and identify performance variances across different product configurations and models
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
Document test results, discrepancies, and performance metrics in accordance with program and regulatory standards
Support maintenance, repair, and calibration activities for RF and EW products as needed

Compensation:
$140,000 to $160,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Please
5+ years of experience as an RF/EW Engineer able to gather/assess requirements for maintenance and repairs on various communications devices
Prior experience reading, interpreting, modifying technical manuals to ensure product integrity
Ability to work with little guidance and have a go-getter mentality
