Insight Global is hiring an Acquisition Specialist/Subcontract Administrator to join a local engineering client in Aberdeen MD. Joining a small, and mostly autonomous team, this role involves supporting program actions, including requirements and capability planning, vendor performance tracking, staff coordination, and decision document preparation. Additionally, responsibilities include acquisition planning, project and financial monitoring, budget analysis, and daily funds tracking. The ideal candidate will develop subcontract specifications, manage procurement efforts, and provide advice in line with FAR/DFARS requirements. Additional duties include evaluating supplier proposals, analyzing financial reports, and managing contractual requirements, schedules, delivery dates, and supplier payments.
Compensation:
$75,000 to $95,000 per year annual salary. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

-3+ years of experience monitoring or managing program budget, finance, or project scope
-Experience managing procurement procedures and forms, and developing various subcontract types
-Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition process or DoD contracts
-HS Diploma
