Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Workday Developer supporting large workday transformation by owning end‑to‑end integration builds across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules. Each day involves reviewing functional requirements, advising teams on integration design, and translating specifications into Workday Studio, Orchestrate, Extend, Core Connector, or EIB solutions. The developer will be hands‑on writing, testing, and deploying integrations while manipulating XML, building XSLT transformations, and partnering closely with architects, functional leads, and other developers to resolve roadblocks. They will participate in data conversion efforts using Python, help drive progress toward the project's integration milestones, and provide technical leadership in an environment where design and development activities often run in parallel. The role also includes collaborating with the Development Manager and panel team members during design reviews, supporting test cycles, troubleshooting live issues, and ensuring integrations meet performance, security, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
