Insight Global is seeking a transactional paralegal to join a national law firm based out of their Baltimore office. This individual will be supporting the corporate and real estate practice group. The paralegal must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in the state of Maryland and must be familiar with Maryland laws, rules and regulations. Experience filing with the SEC and/or BlueSky filings is a must. This role sits hybrid out of Baltimore, MD 2x/week.
