Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead a busy oncology pharmacy team supporting both pediatric and adult patients. This role is approximately 40% clinical and 60% administrative, overseeing a team of pharmacists and technicians while managing a $23 million drug budget, monthly reporting, and regulatory compliance. The manager will also serve as a technical resource for pharmacy informatics systems, including Cerner, Omnicell, McKesson, and Baxters Omnia.
The pharmacy supports a high-volume outpatient oncology service, seeing 5060 patients daily, and manages occasional inpatient admissions. The manager will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, pediatric physicians, nurse navigators, and infusion nurses to ensure high-quality care. Additional responsibilities include contributing to a 35-year strategic plan, fostering cross-divisional partnerships, and supporting patient education and clinical excellence initiatives. Prior experience with Oncology is preferred
