Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Claude Developer to support a commercial client of ours on a hybrid schedule in Baltimore, MD.
This person will lead a long-term software team, creating software that is using predictive energy use.
They will partner with data scientists to design forecasting models using machine learning through Claude.
Compensation:
180-120K
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 12+ years proven experience in software development (with 3+ years in technical leadership role)
• 5+ years of experience with optimization and forecasting models using Claude
• Experience across the full machine learning lifecycle on Microsoft Azure
• Energy, Medical, and/or Gaming industry experience
• Hands on cloud-native applications experience
• Experience using Python for back-end development
• Experience using React for front-end development
• Experience using Kafka for event service
• Experience with Postgres for real time forecasting, processing, and optimization
• Experience in Kubernetes cluster using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-native applications deployed on Microsoft Azure
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• AI-generated code familiarity
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems
