Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Johns Hopkins healthcare providers, IT teams, billing departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure all NPI changes adhere to CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines and Maryland state regulations.

System Integration: Oversee updates to electronic health record (EHR) systems, billing platforms, and other operational tools to accommodate the expanded NPI framework.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress to address issues promptly.

Training and Support: Coordinate training for staff on new NPI processes and provide ongoing support during the transition.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of NPI data throughout the transition, minimizing disruptions to healthcare services.
