Job Description

Day-to-Day Management: The superintendent manages construction activities on-site, ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications. They coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet project milestones1.
Safety and Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols is crucial. Superintendents conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project standards1.
Communication and Coordination: They collaborate with external partners, such as vendors and lawyers, and negotiate effectively. Clear communication is essential for successful project execution2.
Schedule and Materials: Superintendents create look-ahead schedules for all trades involved and manage overall project schedules. They also oversee construction materials

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of multi-family construction experience
Ground up construction is a big plus!
