Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled and versatile HVAC/R Technician to support a hospital facilities team in White Marsh, MD. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of systems including HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage systems in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R systems, including electrical and pneumatic controls.
2. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, medical gas lines, and steam systems.
3. Install and maintain electrical circuits, fire alarms, card access, and nurse call systems.
4. Operate and troubleshoot the hospital’s DDC building automation system.
5. Maintain accurate records and complete PM documentation using CMMS on an iPad.
6. Support other trades as needed (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
7. Train and mentor junior staff through hands-on instruction and small group sessions.
8. Ensure compliance with blueprints, codes, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair.
• CFC universal certification.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• 3-4 years related experience.
• Great team player, can help out other specialties as needed
• Hospital facility experience
