Job Description

- Service locations: only Dallas, MN, WI, IN, MS, NE, IL (not Chicago)
- Conduct weekly in-person therapeutic support for clients, focused on crisis intervention, safety planning and family preservation.
- Provide therapeutically centered ongoing intensive case management for especially vulnerable children with special circumstances (i.e., medically or psychologically vulnerable children, family conflict or crisis, education-related issues)
- Maintain regular and timely communication with the supervisor around any issues concerning the child's safety, stability, or well-being in the placement.
- Submit detailed and thorough documentation in compliance with Global Refuge policies and procedures/ government customer.
- Utilize clinically focused interventions as a framework for intensive case management support and social work best practices for ongoing services.
- Travel by car or public transportation within an assigned region or, in emergent circumstances, occasionally outside that assigned region.

Compensation:

$73,250 to $75,250 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other relevant behavioral science in which direct clinical experience is a program requirement.
- Clinically licensed or eligible for licensure.
- CBT certification, trauma-focused CBT preferred
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to travel to home visits and other service agencies to serve the client, either by own vehicle or by public transportation (train, plane, etc.).
- Maintain regular and timely communication with the supervisor around any issues concerning the child's safety, stability, or well-being in the placement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 70% across the states in region,
- Valid driver's license and DMV check free of major infractions for the last 7 years.
- Must be willing and able to clear a criminal background check
- Must be willing and able to request and clear Child Abuse and Neglect background check in all states lived within previous 5 years, updated as required.
- Must obtain a negative TB Test yearly.
- Must be willing and able to obtain an FBI fingerprint check every 5 years.
