Job Description
The Dispatch Operator is responsible for the rapid and accurate execution of Demand Response events across all of the organizations markets, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness. This role involves continuous monitoring of ISO grid conditions, real-time oversight of customer compliance, and proactive communication with internal teams and external clients regarding market situations. Operators manage dispatch logs, respond to customer inquiries, and escalate issues as needed while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling bids to optimize revenue, developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the organization's products and programs nationwide. The position requires bi-annual training, annual dispatch certification, and shift work to support a fully staffed, round-the-clock dispatch center.
Salary: $80,000
