Job Description

A client is seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in Business Analysis and Data Science to lead initiatives aimed at assessing and reducing costs across various corporate divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and data science, and will be responsible for driving strategic projects that leverage data-driven insights to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement across different corporate divisions.
Data Science: Utilize data science techniques to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into project requirements and deliverables.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and implement strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making processes.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics to track the success of projects and identify areas for improvement.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business analysis and data science to continuously improve project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Project Management, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in project management, business analysis, and data science.
Experience in writing assessment report, creating presentation for the roadmap to executives and past experiences in data and AI projects.
Technical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL; experience with project management software.
Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and business processes.
Communication skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Industry experience: Experience in the energy sector or similar industries.
Certification: PMP, CBAP, or other relevant certifications.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and projects.
Innovation: Track record of driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
