Job Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee full lifecycle execution of commercial construction projects, serving as the central point of coordination between subcontractors, field teams, vendors, and leadership. This role is ideal for a rising PM who brings hands‑on GC experience—particularly with hiring, directing, and coordinating subcontractors such as electricians and plumbers.
The PM will manage budgets, schedules, and documentation from project kickoff through closeout, ensuring quality construction and tight operational control. The role requires travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
Project Planning & Execution
Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work meets schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Build project plans, timelines, and subcontractor scopes.
Review drawings, site conditions, and project requirements.
Subcontractor Oversight
Hire, negotiate with, and direct subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.).
Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to contract terms.
Resolve field issues quickly and proactively.
Coordination & Communication
Conduct regular check‑ins with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and field supervisors.
Manage RFIs, change orders, schedules, and construction documentation.
Report progress, risks, and roadblocks to leadership.
Site Travel & Field Work
Travel regularly to project sites (reimbursed; candidate books their own travel).
Verify work quality and safety compliance.
Maintain detailed site reports and documentation.
Project Controls
Track budgets, invoices, and subcontractor payments.
Maintain accurate records for leadership and accounting.
Keep project dashboards and schedules updated weekly.
