Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Technical Recruiting Manager to join their team in Annapolis, MD. This person is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across a rapidly growing telecommunications organization, supporting the hiring of top talent for technical, data center, field operations, construction, and corporate positions that are critical to network expansion and infrastructure initiatives. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, developing and executing recruiting strategies that align with business objectives while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding, building and maintaining talent pipelines for high-priority roles, and leveraging advanced sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and industry outreach to attract both active and passive candidates. The Recruiting Manager collaborates closely with leadership to provide market intelligence, compensation guidance, and realistic hiring timelines, ensuring alignment on candidate quality and selection decisions. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate ATS records, tracking recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health, identifying process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency, and supporting other talent acquisition initiatives as needed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay Ranges from $78,000-$90,000 + commission. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings, paid leave as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Experience hiring for telecommunication, digital infrastructure, technical, field, or skilled
labor roles
• Experience managing or leading recruiters
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Background in telecommunications, data centers, construction, utilities, or infrastructure
industries
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities
• Experience working with hiring managers in operations or technical teams
