Job Description
• Project manager will be running projects within residential land development or commercial/retail land development
• Need to be able to mentor new engineers
• Tasked with developing business and growing a team
• No direct reports – they will be the technical SME on the projects

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License
- 8+ years of experience in Civil Land Development (retail, residential, commercial experience with national clients)
